2. Please double-check all details, including departure date, time, and trip schedule, before making your payment.

3. For ticket changes, please contact us at least 120 minutes before departure time for assistance.

4. Passengers are requested to arrive at Bach Dang Pier at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable if you arrive late for your trip.

5. Please sit in the seat assigned as printed on your ticket.
